Breakfast is the most important meal giving you the energy for the whole day. For your convenience, we serve breakfast from as early as 8:00 am to 11:00 am* and dinner from 4 pm to 7 pm*.

It is the place of creation of our excellent dishes. Sit back and enjoy the mountain view combined with delicious food. The menu is composed in such a way that there is something for everyone. The dishes delight with their taste and form, while their presentation on a plate is a true art. The dishes are filling, yet very light. The starters excite the palate, the main courses are substantial and succulent, and the desserts perfectly crown the work of each meal. Robert – Chef, started his career in Krakow. Da Pietro, Sheraton, Holiday Inn are just a selection of brands that have developed a culinary offering through their passion for cooking. Paulina – the right hand of the master, for whom cooking is a passion and a way of life – started her career at the Holiday Inn Krakow Centre. This highly harmonised duo promotes bold combinations of flavours, drawing inspiration from the mountains and traditional recipes.

Director of catering
Grzegorz - a born hotelier and passionate about his work. He gained experience in gastronomy management in renowned facilities in Uniejów and five-star resorts in Zakopane. Grzegorz is fully devoted to his work, and in restaurants under his tutelage, he introduces an atmosphere of intimacy and elegance. In short - a man in the right place! Privately, husband and father, he spends his free time with his family among nature and the surrounding mountains.
